Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions and optimize our AI-powered recruiting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.

- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation processes.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
