The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to support business operations and new technology initiatives.- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.- Stay current with emerging network technologies and best practices.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.- Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, switches, and routers.- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.**Preferred Certifications:**- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.**Benefits:**- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Access to cutting-edge technology and innovative projects.**Leoforce is an equal opportunity employer.
