About the Role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout all stages of analysis.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Familiarity with SQL and working with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data processing and model deployment.
- Advanced degree (PhD) in a relevant field.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
