The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, routers, and switches.- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.- Implement network security measures and maintain compliance with industry standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and new technology initiatives.- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications:**- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.- Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies.- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools.**Work Environment:** This position is based in Denver, Colorado, with opportunities for collaboration in a dynamic and innovative team environment.**Leoforce is an equal opportunity employer.
