Job Summary

The Operations Manager oversees transportation and warehouse operations to ensure efficient execution, cost control, safety compliance, and high service levels across logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation and warehouse operations
• Supervise managers, supervisors, and operational teams
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery performance, cost, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and transportation regulations
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
• Coordinate cross-functionally with fleet, warehouse, and planning teams
• Prepare operational reports and support leadership decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• 6–10 years of operations or logistics management experience
• Proven leadership and multi-site or multi-function management experience
• Strong understanding of transportation and warehouse operations
• Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems
