Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in software quality assurance or testing (manual or automation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
