Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a strong focus on roadmap planning and execution. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps that align with company strategy and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Advocate for the customer and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in roadmap planning and execution.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional remote teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, AI, or HR technology is a plus.
• Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is advantageous.
