The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive continuous improvement in our network systems.Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.- Manage network hardware and software upgrades, patches, and backups.- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.- Collaborate with IT and business teams to support new projects and initiatives.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior team members.- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.).- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.- Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, switches, and routers.- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).- Knowledge of VoIP, QoS, and network automation tools (Python, Ansible).- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.Company Culture & Benefits: We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where innovation and professional growth are encouraged.
