Job Title: Senior Engineer – Cloud

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with proven cloud experience to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions, and will play a key role in driving our technology initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud solutions using leading platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture and best practices.
• Lead cloud migration projects and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and automation.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Background in large-scale system design and microservices architecture.
