Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and AWS. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
