Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java and J2EE, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java and J2EE applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
