We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Ensure the team follows Agile practices and principles.

- Assist the product owner with backlog management.

- Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics.

- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the effectiveness of Agile practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean methodologies.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

-Hands on experience with Jira 

Preferred Skills:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.

- Experience in the technology or recruiting industry.
