Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering and AI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with web frameworks (such as Django or Flask) is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
