Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our growing team of engineers. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance, facilitating career growth, and overseeing the timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Mentor, coach, and support engineers, fostering professional growth and conducting performance reviews.
• Project Management: Oversee day-to-day engineering activities, manage roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
• Technical Guidance: Participate in architectural discussions, review code, and ensure high quality and reliability of technical solutions.
• Process Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices, such as testing standards, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
• Collaboration & Hiring: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and hire top talent to scale the team. 

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
• Technical Background: Strong engineering background, likely with [X]+ years of hands-on experience in software development or the relevant industry.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
