Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Mentor, coach, and support engineers, fostering professional growth and conducting performance reviews.
- Project Management: Oversee day-to-day engineering activities, manage roadmaps, and ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Technical Guidance: Participate in architectural discussions, review code, and ensure high quality and reliability of technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices, such as testing standards, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
- Collaboration & Hiring: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and hire top talent to scale the team.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
- Technical Background: Strong engineering background, likely with [X]+ years of hands-on experience in software development or the relevant industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
