Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for building scalable solutions, and a desire to work with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for our AI-powered recruiting platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
