Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop, implement, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Stay current with the latest data science trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Advanced degree (PhD) is a plus.
