Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop, implement, and validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear data visualizations and reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest data science trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Advanced degree (PhD) is a plus.
