Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative with experience in healthcare administration and customer-facing roles. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and support
• Handle patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification
• Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry tasks efficiently
• Assist with medical billing processes and insurance documentation
• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery
• Manage front-office operations, including documentation and administrative tasks
• Support training of new employees when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in healthcare or patient services roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of medical billing and health insurance processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
