Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer with strong cloud experience to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar) and a passion for building scalable, reliable solutions. This is a mid-level to senior role, ideal for professionals with 4–8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions to support our AI-driven recruiting platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
  • Implement best practices for cloud architecture, automation, and DevOps processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or similar).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, and automation tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.
