Job Description

Job Summary

A Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and supporting doctors in medical procedures. Nurses play a critical role in promoting health, preventing illness, and ensuring patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients’ health conditions and record medical histories
  • Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Assist doctors during examinations, surgeries, and procedures
  • Provide wound care and manage infections
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to plan patient care
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
