Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy law, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients facing financial challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations regarding bankruptcy and debt relief.
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents.
• Attend court hearings, creditor meetings, and negotiations as required.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Kentucky State Bar (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience in bankruptcy law preferred, but strong candidates with related legal experience will be considered.
