Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Conversion Data Analyst for the TOPS-DCFS project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, data conversion, and migration projects, particularly within large-scale enterprise environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful conversion and migration of data, maintaining data integrity, and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data conversion and migration activities for the TOPS-DCFS project.
• Analyze, map, and transform data from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Develop and implement data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure successful data integration.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Document data conversion processes, methodologies, and outcomes.
• Provide expertise in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Support testing and validation efforts to ensure data integrity post-migration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data conversion, or data migration roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and ETL tools.
• Experience with large-scale data migration projects, preferably in government or enterprise settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DCFS or similar government agency data systems.
• Familiarity with TOPS or related platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
