The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Support the development and optimization of AI-driven recruiting solutions through data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
