We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Engineer to support and optimize day-to-day operational systems and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system performance, uptime, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in operations, IT support, or engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of system operations, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools and logging systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of ITIL or incident management processes.
