Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security for our network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.)
- Monitor network performance and integrity
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network/system problems
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure network efficiency and security
- Document network configurations, processes, and service records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
- Hands-on experience with network administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools
- Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
