Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager – Business Banking to lead go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and support revenue growth for our business banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing, deep understanding of business banking products, and expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for business banking solutions.
- Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to business banking clients.
- Design and manage SEM campaigns to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Support sales enablement with effective collateral, training, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in business banking or financial services.
- Proven expertise in SEM, including campaign design, execution, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of business banking products, customer segments, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
