Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance our AI-powered recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and drive business decisions.
• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
