Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong React experience to join our dynamic team in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that drive our AI-powered recruiting platform forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend components.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality releases.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in full stack development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
