Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, employee onboarding, and HR compliance. This role will play a key part in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity.
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist with employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll, onboarding, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
