Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Kingston. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients achieve optimal physical function and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Kingston.
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
