Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, or SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
