Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HR tech or recruiting industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Advanced degree (PhD) in a relevant field.
