Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment processes to support our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Develop and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
  • Implement, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Proficiency in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification(s) (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
