Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Java, Python, C++.
• Strong experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
