Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, requirements gathering, and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to the Agile development process.
  • Develop process models, workflows, and use cases to communicate requirements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
