Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled NLP (Natural Language Processing) Engineer to design, build, and deploy language-based AI models. The ideal candidate will work on developing systems that understand, interpret, and generate human language to enhance applications such as chatbots, voice assistants, and text analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms.
• Work with large datasets to train and fine-tune language models.
• Build applications such as chatbots, sentiment analysis systems, and text classifiers.
• Preprocess and clean textual data for model training.
• Evaluate model performance and optimize accuracy.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Integrate NLP solutions into real-world applications via APIs.
• Stay updated with advancements in NLP and AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, Transformers.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Experience with text preprocessing and feature extraction.
• Familiarity with APIs and model deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLMs like GPT, BERT, or similar models.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in building chatbots or conversational AI systems.
• Understanding of linguistics and semantic analysis.
