Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused Voice UX Designer to design intuitive and engaging voice interactions for conversational interfaces such as voice assistants, chatbots, and IVR systems. The ideal candidate will craft natural, human-like dialogues that enhance user experience and align with product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversational flows for voice-based applications.
• Write clear, concise, and natural dialogue scripts.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for voice interactions.
• Optimize voice experiences for clarity, tone, and accessibility.
• Develop voice personas and interaction guidelines.
• Analyze user interactions and improve conversation design.
• Ensure consistency across multi-modal (voice + text) interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of UX design principles and conversational design.
• Familiarity with voice platforms (Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.).
• Ability to design user flows and dialogue structures.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of NLP and AI-driven systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in conversational design or voice UX.
• Knowledge of tools like Voiceflow, Dialogflow, or Alexa Skills Kit.
• Background in linguistics, psychology, or human-computer interaction.
• Experience working with AI/ML teams.
