Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to identify business needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Create business process models, workflows, and requirement documents.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA teams, and business users.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
• Track project progress and ensure requirements are met.
• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in industries such as IT, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications.
