About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees across multiple departments. The HRBP will play a critical role in driving talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead employee engagement and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring strategies.
- Facilitate leadership coaching and development programs.
- Manage compensation review and promotion processes.
- Support change management initiatives during organizational transformations.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience supporting senior leaders and business units.

- Experience with employee relations investigations and resolutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
