Job Description
We are looking for a creative and analytical Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize AI prompts for large language models and generative AI systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to improve AI outputs, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences through effective prompt design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for AI models such as GPT and other LLMs.
- Test prompt performance for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and safety.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications.
- Create structured prompt libraries, templates, and workflows.
- Analyze AI responses and continuously improve prompt effectiveness.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing on prompt variations.
- Document prompt strategies, best practices, and evaluation methods.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and generative technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with prompt engineering techniques and AI tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs, automation tools, or scripting is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with NLP concepts and AI safety practices is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or automation frameworks.
- Experience in content creation, technical writing, or conversational design.
