HireClix is looking for a Night Auditor to join the team.Nestled on 40 acres overlooking the southwestern corner of Narragansett Bay, HireClix – is a coastal haven where guests come to relax and rejuvenate against a spectacular New England backdrop, a location that is second to none. HireClix is proud to be part of the HireClix!About the Position: The Night Auditor is responsible for the accuracy of all Castle Hill paperwork generated by the Restaurant, Hotel and Food & Beverage Point of Sale Systems.About You: You have a passion for hospitality and being in service to others. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a quiet, overnight environment. You take pride in your accuracy and organization, especially when handling financial data and reports. With excellent communication and customer service skills, you're comfortable assisting late-night guests and resolving issues with professionalism and warmth. You're self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of working independently.Essential Duties:Ensures POS system closes every nightReviews closing manager's audit, and ensures all information is includedAssists in balancing dining room charges, and ensures all charges are posted to the correct guests' room folioAssists in the check in/check out process for guestsAnswers phones, and assists in taking reservationsMonitors PMS to ensure room inventory is accurateReconciles house guest charges, gift cards, spa and ensures room packages have allocated appropriatelyReviews folio balances and ensures all guest rooms have the proper credit limitReconciles catering revenueReviews various reservation and in-house guest reports to check for room rates, market segments, availability, no shows, dupe reservations, cancelled reservations packages, routing instructions and credit limitsEnsures all system ledgers are in balanceReviews audit reports for accuracyEnsures all adjustments have an accurate explanation and are posted correctlyBalances and transmits credit cards dailyEnsures a deposit slip has been filled out for cash/check transactions and copies of all checks are madeEnsures all necessary paperwork is sent to CorporateMaintains the Relais & Chateau & Forbes standards at all times, with guests and co-workersEffectively communicates with all departmentsEnsures the cleanliness of the hotel are in good conditions and or provide with feedback to Rooms managerEnsures any Engineering issues are reported to Operations manager and follow-upCompensation and Benefits:Competitive compensation $25-$30/Hour!RI/MA Sick LeaveFinancial & Employee Ownership:Generous Company 401k matchEmployee Ownership OpportunitiesEmployee Perks:35% discount when dining in our locations (including food and beverages)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discount ProgramsTenure ProgramReferral Bonus ProgramHoliday Appreciation Bonus*Depending on your annual hours worked, you may also be eligible for:Health & Wellness:MedicalDentalVisionFlexible and Dependent Care spending account optionsHealth Reimbursement Account (HRA)Voluntary Benefits:Telemedicine accessWholesaler Club Reimbursement ProgramVacation paid time offAbout HireClix: We are proud to be a 100% Employee-Owned Company.
