If you feel the same, we want to hear from you.QualificationsQualifications:A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishmentMust have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as neededSkills & Abilities:Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staffExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeAbility to lift and move 25-50 poundsBe collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
