Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York. As a Software Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that power our AI-driven recruiting platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that drive innovation in the talent acquisition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software applications and services.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or C++.
Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and/or back-end development.
