Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin to manage daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support internal teams with coordination, documentation, and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Support HR and management with onboarding and internal processes
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles (0–3 years)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office tools like Google Workspace or ERP systems
- Time management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary Range
