Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Texas. As a QA Engineer at Leoforce, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven recruiting solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using established processes and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in software development.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing AI or machine learning-based applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
ISTQB or similar certification.
