Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Product Manager at Leoforce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-powered recruiting solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product releases and adoption.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
