Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered recruiting solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven environments.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment.
