Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a CPA certification to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.

- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.

- Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.

Qualifications:

- CPA certification is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
