Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Support project management activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
