Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the overall success of Leoforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Represent Leoforce at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the technology or recruitment industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
