Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our AI-driven recruiting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize data workflows, and enable advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
Build and optimize data architectures for large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data workflows and system performance.
Document data processes and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala).
Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Luigi).
Familiarity with big data tools and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
